Find your strength
“You are always stronger than you think you are.”
If you want to excel at anything, it’s not enough to work on your weaknesses. You also need to find and increase your strengths. Finding your strengths is one of the best ways to improve your effectiveness and energy. If you play to your strengths instead of focus on your weaknesses, you can dramatically amplify your impact.
Your strength is part of what you are and of what makes you unique as an individual, and a part of the value you offer to the world around you. If you’re not aware of them, however, you don’t always utilize them as fully as you could, and you can miss out on true fulfillment in your life and career.
You got to know that every “no” brings you a step closer to a “yes”. There needs to be something in you that says “I’m not a quitter!”. It is not easy, it’s challenging and it requires patience, persistence and will to create a new life for yourself.
Don’t be afraid to close your eyes and dream, but then open your eyes and see. For many of us, the distance between our dreams and reality is intimidating and we get stuck, but the only way forward is to be real about what is going to take to achieve those dreams. Be honest with yourself, tell yourself the truth of what is going to take for you to be successful. You cannot achieve success without failing, so find your strength and put it into action!”
